Hi robert, how was your appointment with The Battery Guy?

Wed 1/26/2022 7:11 AM Very good experience. I already use the online scheduling tool. You have a repeat customer. If you could do one small thing, you could reduce the window size. You know before you leave the shop, that the customers on the second half of the work order list are not really 7-12, they are really 930-12? And you know the first customer is going to be 7am.... But, that being said, the online scheduling has worked great for me.
